"The universe is based on the principle of fair exchange. Whatever you give, you will get the same back". Hence, the Gurukul Global Alumni Association has taken the initiative to help the senior citizens of our Tricity to provide them with an innovative and a holistic care environment that celebrates their individuality.

Our aim is to provide them with the facilities they deserve; which include food, clothing, medical treatments or any other need they might have. Under this initiative, G2A2 has adopted an old age home by the name of Kartar Aasra, situated near Sukhna Lake. At the occasion of adopting the institution, as a good will gesture, electrical equipment and fittings were donated towards the construction of their new building.

A weekly visit to this institution is organized as a part of the association’s commitment to live up to the principles of service before self. Besides, comforting the inmates through our physical presence, the volunteers of the association distribute fruits to them.

We at G2A2, also believe in taking everyone along and striding ahead together, so the association invites other willing donors to join us, come forward and donate food and other day-to-day goods for the inmates of the said old age home.

Let’s make the world a better place, especially for the old.
